Michael Brown Funeral service has been set for Monday, August 25, 2014 according to the family attorney, Benjamin Crump.
Rev. Al Sharpton will deliver the eulogy of the e the 18 year old African American teen shot and killed by a white police officer, Darren Wilson and Rev. Michael Jones will officiate.
Michael Brown funeral service will be held at Friendly Temple Missionary Baptist Church at 10 a.m.

Several organizations have stepped up and agreed to help fund the memorial service, More than 2,900 people have donated to theMichael Brown Memorial Fund, which was established by Benjamin Crump, family attorney for Brown’s parents, on GoFundMe.
Allegedly, the account has raised more than $66,100 with a goal of $80,000. Several of those who have donated have contributed small amounts such as $10 and $15. The largest has been two $2,000 donations from an anonymous source and Joy Jackson.

The shooting by officer Darren Wilson (below) caused unrest in the city and now the nation for more than a week. As the video reveals Police have used tear gas, sound projectors and other means to turn back demonstrators, some of whom have lobbed Molotov cocktails and bottles at officers.
Leaders from across the country are now preparing to enter into the city of Ferguson to help calm the storm and ensure that Justice is served including: Rev. Jesse Jackson, Elder Bernice King, The Nation of Islam and the Attorney General are expected to enter into Ferguson this week.
The Ferguson police officer who has gone into hiding after being named as the cop who shot Michael Brown is not a “cold-blood murderer” as depicted by his harshest critics, but a man without a temper who is “struggling” with the aftermath of the shooting, his friend told ABC News.
Police Officer Darren Wilson, 28, has been on leave since the Aug. 9 shooting of the unarmed teenager. His boss, Police Chief Tom Jackson, initially refused to release Wilson’s name out of fears for his safety, but finally identified him late last week.
Protesters insist that Wilson be arrested for shooting Brown at least six times. Police have said the shooting erupted after Brown, 18, wrestled with Wilson for his gun while witnesses have said Brown was shot while his hands were in the air.
The St. Louis County prosecutor said today that a grand jury is expected to begin hearing evidence Wednesday in the Ferguson shooting. Wilson will be offered an opportunity to testify before the grand jury, said Edward Magee, spokesman for the prosecutor’s office.
Michael Brown mother, Leslie appeared on Good Morning America with Robin Roberts insisted that Peace will only be restored when justice is done and the man who killed her baby is arrested.
We must pray for the brown family, the citizens of Ferguson and young minority men who Michael Brown represents.
