Anthony Brown lands first acting Gig in “Mama’s Boy”



Numerous award-winner Anthony Brown adds another credential to his belt– star. The premier singer, songwriter will make his acting and singing debut on the nationwide trip of “Momma’s Kid,” a phase play composed and directed by Priest Tyaire.

Fans will get to see Anthony sing his hit tunes in addition to act in a part composed particularly for him. Brown will play the role of Kyaire Williams. Kyaire, a pastor, is the older brother of main figure, Nasir Williams a well-known drug dealer and felon in the neighborhood. While Kyaire and Nasir are total revers, Kyaire sets out to change his brother’s life. Brown steps into the function with his natural skill and real life experiences.

” I’m so grateful to sign up with the cast of ‘Momma’s Boy.’ My character does his finest to conserve his sibling from a hard life in the streets … works hard to lead him to Jesus,” Brown said. “This role is best for me because it reminds me of my mission in real life.
